Location: 3 days per week in Central London / 2 days from home

Salary: Circa 70K – 77K + Benefits

SQL Server DBA required by well-established, tech-focused Company!

A varied and challenging role focused on maintaining the availability and performance of the databases that underpin their systems

Essential:

  • Proven SQL Server 2019/2022 administration experience in large enterprise environments

  • Strong T-SQL skills (Views, Stored Procedures etc.)

  • Practical experience in monitoring, tuning, and maintaining high-availability databases

  • Expertise with SQL Availability Groups (including contained availability groups)

  • Knowledge of SQL Reporting Services, Power BI, SSIS & SSAS

  • Experience developing SSIS packages in Visual Studio

  • Solid knowledge of Windows Server (2022/2025), Windows Clustering, and Active Directory

    Nice-to-have:

  • Familiarity with Snowflake and cloud database services

  • Experience with database design and capacity planning

  • Knowledge of disaster recovery strategies and backup solutions

  • Understanding of data security and compliance best practices

  • Exposure to scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell)
