What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver engaging and imaginative Art lessons across KS3 and KS4

*

Foster a creative and inclusive classroom environment where all students thrive

Support students in developing their skills in drawing, painting, sculpture, and mixed media

*

Encourage experimentation, artistic expression, and critical thinking

*

Contribute to whole-school events, exhibitions, and enrichment activities

*

Develop student portfolios for assessment and GCSE moderation

What We’re Looking For

A passionate Art ECT (or trainee completing QTS in 2025)

*

A strong portfolio and subject knowledge across traditional and contemporary practices

*

Excellent classroom presence and behaviour management skills

*

A commitment to inclusion and the development of every learner

*

Willingness to lead or support clubs, competitions, or school productions
