Job Title: Qualified Nursery Teaching Assistant (Full Time)

Location: Derbyshire (DE55)

Start Date: Immediate Start

Salary: £90 per day

TeacherActive is delighted to be working with a thriving and aspirational nursery school based in Alfreton, Derbyshire (DE55) who deliver an exciting curriculum that will spark a love of learning that will last a lifetime.

The successful applicant will be supporting children with special needs on a 1 to 1 and group basis. They will monitor and encourage student progress and provide feedback to the teacher as well as helping prepare student reports and assessments and create personal development plans.

The successful Teaching Assistant will have:

Level 3 Qualification in Childcare (required)
Previous experience working with ages 2 - 5
Driving License (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A passion to develop each child’s early years journey
Experience with SEND in groups and 1 to 1
