Are you a confident communicator with a passion for connecting with people? We’re looking for enthusiastic Telemarketing Executives to join a new sales team and help drive new business opportunities. In this role, you’ll engage with potential customers to spark interest in electronic components and services, generating leads and quotation requests for our internal sales team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys phone-based work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute to a company with big ambitions.

Telemarketer responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to both new and existing business clients.

  • Identify and engage potential customers across various industries.

  • Promote our range of electronic components and services.

  • Log and manage leads, opportunities, and pipeline activity using CRM tools.

  • Collaborate with the internal sales team to hand over qualified leads and quotation requests.

  • Keep accurate records of all interactions and outcomes.

    Skills & experience required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone presence.

  • Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude.

  • Ability to quickly learn product details and communicate value clearly.

  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

  • Previous experience in telemarketing or telesales is beneficial, but not essential – we value attitude and potential above all.

    What We Offer:

  • Base salary of £28,000 with commission potential up to £12,000.

  • Hybrid working options available after probation (1–2 days WFH).
