The Role

📍 Location: Slough
⏰ Working Hours: Full-Time
🗓 Start Date: September 2025

As a Year 3 Teacher, you’ll guide pupils through one of their most exciting academic years—bridging the gap between Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. You’ll help them develop independence, build on their literacy and numeracy skills, and spark a love for learning that will carry them forward.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons that challenge and inspire.

  • Encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving in young learners.

  • Creating a positive classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and motivated.

  • Using a variety of assessment strategies to track progress and adapt teaching.

  • Building strong relationships with parents, colleagues, and the wider school community.

    What We’re Looking For

    ✅ A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
    ✅ Experience teaching Key Stage 2, or a strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum.
    ✅ A creative and adaptable teaching style that makes learning exciting.
