The Role

Have you got a passion for Wire EDM, Setting Programming, with a solid background in the manufacturing, engineering or aerospace sector? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

We are a leader in Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM), spark erosion, wire erosion, and wire EDM, looking to appoint an experienced Wire Erosion machinist. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our operation, utilizing Numeric Controlled Electro Discharge Machines (Wire EDM) to craft high-quality aerospace components in adherence with approved data card instructions.

This is a really exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious EDM operator to further their career within a leading EDM company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a positive and proactive approach for blue chip companies such as Roll Royce and Colins aerospace.

  • Perform Wire EDM operations using a Swiss built EDM Charmilles machines and Japanese built Sodick machines – including CMM and other inspection equipment.
