This is a standout opportunity to build a brand-new data function in a growing, PE-backed environment where data will directly influence transformation, performance, and operational excellence. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Head of Data will:

* Build and own a centralised data warehouse using Microsoft Fabric.
* Design and implement ETL pipelines and scalable data architecture.
* Develop dashboards and reporting for senior leadership and agency heads.
* Act as a data evangelist and educating non-technical stakeholders at C-suite level.
* Define and deliver a data strategy aligned with business goals and transformation plans.
* Lead a lean data team, assessing current capability, and transitioning contractors into permanent hires.
* Partner with commercial, operational, and finance teams to unlock insight and drive performance.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* Strong experience building or scaling data functions from scratch.
* Expertise in data warehousing, data modelling, and modern data architecture.
* Ability to influence senior, non-technical stakeholders and drive adoption of data-led thinking.
* Comfortable working in fast-paced or PE-backed environments.
* Hands-on capability with Microsoft Fabric or similar technologies.
* Advantageous but not essential: experience in agencies, media, marketing, or professional services.
