What You Will Do:

  • Lead and manage the factory IT support teams across the UK and Poland, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards.

  • Oversee and implement IT changes, service requests, and incident management, utilising ITIL principles where applicable.

  • Maintain and enhance network configurations, including LAN, WAN, VPN, Firewall, and WI-FI, while ensuring robust cyber security measures are in place.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to introduce new systems and applications, ensuring successful implementation.

  • Provide technical support and mentorship to IT team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, such as TISAX accreditation, and maintain secure data backups and off-site storage.

    What You Will Bring:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Active Directory, Azure, InTune, and Teams.

  • Proven experience in managing networks, security and mitigating risks, including in operational technology (OT) environments.

  • Expertise in virtual environments such as VMWare and MS SQL management, including clustering.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage complex projects.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with experience in liaising with suppliers and customers.
