About the Projects
You'll be stepping into significant projects within the Education, Ministry of Defence (MoD), and Healthcare sectors. These are high-value, high-stakes environments – ideal for PMs who enjoy big-picture thinking but also love diving into the detail.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
Leading project delivery from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met.

Managing stakeholder relationships – from client-side reps to architects, consultants, and internal teams.

Driving health & safety standards on site, ensuring full compliance with CDM regulations.
4.
Managing the performance of site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
5.
Forecasting costs, tracking budgets, and working closely with commercial teams.
6.
Chairing regular progress meetings and ensuring smooth communication across all project phases.
7.
Preparing and managing programme schedules in collaboration with planners.
8.
Problem-solving in real-time to mitigate delays and keep the build moving.
9.
Overseeing quality assurance and ensuring snag-free delivery.
10.
Reporting regularly to directors and senior leadership on project performance.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a Project Manager who brings solid Tier 1 contractor experience on builds of similar scale and sector focus. Someone who gets the high-pressure environment – and thrives in it. Here’s what we need:

Strong track record in Education, MoD, and/or Healthcare builds.

Background working with Tier 1 contractors.

Based in or around Leeds, or willing to commute.
