Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement custom systems solutions to meet business needs.
Analyse and redesign business processes to drive efficiency.
Collaborate with teams to enhance data integration and system performance.
Maintain and support various databases and systems.
Drive continuous improvements in workflows and processes.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in systems development and process design.
Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and programming languages.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience in web development is beneficial.

Desirable:
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus.
