Design, build and own end-to-end data pipelines for real-time and batch analytics on high-volume, low-latency use cases. Work with Python, SQL, PySpark, AWS (S3, Glue, EKS), Snowflake, dbt, Iceberg and Dagster/Airflow, applying software engineering practices like CI/CD, testing and version control. Collaborate with analytics, product and engineering teams in a fully remote UK/Europe team.

Lead the Data & MI team while owning the organisation's Business Intelligence capability, driving the migration from legacy Cognos reporting to a modern Microsoft Azure environment. Act as Enterprise Data Owner, embedding data governance and improving data quality, and translate business requirements into insight using Power BI, Azure Data Lake, Databricks and SQL. The role combines hands-on delivery with mentoring and stakeholder work across Finance, IT and Data Engineering.
