We’re working with a fantastic, growing company in Redditch who are looking for an energetic and confident Account Manager to join their vibrant office. From day one, you'll be the friendly face of the business for clients across the country – building rapport, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive top-tier service at every step.

Account Manager what you'll be doing:

  • Nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction
  • Proactively engaging with new clients and turning enquiries into loyal customers
  • Keeping the internal database accurate and up to date
  • Understanding each client’s specific needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Providing clear and timely updates about order progress
  • Creating concise, detailed briefs for the design team to help bring customer visions to life
    Account Manager What you’ll bring to the team:
  • Previous experience in an office-based role
  • Fantastic communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and brilliant organisational abilities
  • Confidence using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A warm, outgoing personality and a proactive mindset
  • Full training will be provided – enthusiasm is essential!
