About the role:

• Full-time, permanent position starting September 2025
• Teach GCSE and A-Level Biology (some KS3 science may be included)
• Plan and deliver engaging, practical and theory-based lessons
• Monitor and support student progress with a focus on achievement and aspiration
• Collaborate with colleagues across the science faculty

What we’re looking for:

• Experience teaching KS4 and KS5 Biology is essential
• QTS is preferred but not mandatory – we welcome subject experts with teaching experience
• A strong communicator with a passion for science education
• Ability to inspire and challenge students of all abilities
