Business Analyst | Banking | Leeds | 6 Months Contract with possible extensions | £650/day Inside IR35 | Hybrid - 2 days in office per week, 3 days WFH | Financial Services | Customer Journey | SQL |

Our Retail Banking client is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join and assist an established team orchestrating customer journey, with a focus on technology amongst other aspects.

You will be responsible for understanding and optimising the end-to-end customer experience (internal and external) to ensure the needs of the customer remain at the forefront of all journeys.

You will analyse data structure, lineage & dependencies. Data mapping - classify data sources across legacy and new systems, track data movement from source to storage, data cleansing & transformation.

Required Technical Knowledge:

Backup & recovery solutions
Dell Data Protection Suite
Legacy backup solution
Structured SQL, relational DBs, file systems
Cloud storage, data management.

Required Essential Skills and Experience:

Similar previous experience within Financial Services is highly beneficial
Strong Business Analyst skills / data governance
Data management
Previous experience with Legacy platform
Understanding of end-to-end journeys
Problem solving in ambiguous environment
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Stakeholder management, internal and external
Ability to work ambiguously and problem solve in a fast-paced environment

Locations: Edinburgh.

Hybrid: 2 days in the office per week

Pay Rate: Up to £650/day Inside IR35 (You will work via an Umbrella company)

Contract: 6 Months (possible extension)
