Job Advert: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner (Full-Time)

About Us:
We are a warm and welcoming nursery nestled near Ripon/Boroughbridge, committed to providing exceptional care and education for young children. Our setting combines the comforts of a homely atmosphere with a focus on child-led exploration, curiosity, and outdoor learning opportunities.

The Role:
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you'll play a key role in supporting children's growth, development, and learning in a stimulating environment. You'll work as part of a close-knit team to create engaging activities, foster children's independence, and nurture their creativity and curiosity.

What We're Looking For:

Qualification: Minimum Level 3 in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent).

Experience: Proven experience in a childcare or early years setting is preferred.

Passion: A genuine love for working with children and helping them achieve their full potential.

Skills: Strong communication and team-working skills, with a creative approach to planning activities.

Values: A commitment to fostering a curiosity-led, inclusive, and child-centred environment.
