About the Role

As a Configuration Specialist at Unity5, you’ll be at the heart of our implementation process, ensuring new customers are set up seamlessly with our cutting-edge software solutions. Working closely with an Implementation Consultant, you'll translate business requirements into fully configured systems, supporting testing, troubleshooting, and feature releases.

What We’re Looking For

✅ A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering top-tier service
✅ A natural problem solver who takes ownership of issues and sees them through to resolution
✅ A self-starter who can juggle multiple tasks independently
✅ Strong technical aptitude with an interest in IT
✅ Knowledge of SQL and databases

Bonus Points if You Have:
➕ Project management experience or experience working in a project team
➕ Hands-on experience with SSO integrations, data migration, and APIs
➕ Industry knowledge of parking compliance

What You’ll Be Doing

🔹 Becoming a product expert in Unity5 systems and configuring customer requirements efficiently
🔹 Setting up customer test and live environments using both manual and scripted configurations
🔹 Testing and approving system deliveries before release
🔹 Troubleshooting technical issues and supporting customers through their go-live process
🔹 Assisting with training, documentation, and post-implementation customer support
