Description

As a Contract Support Manager, you will work with the contract helping to ensure that we are running at our operational optimum. Working with the back office and operations team, you will extract and translate data from a variety of sources; enabling and supporting the team to make informed decisions to guide business improvement and efficiency. This role will enable data driven decisions, supporting us to reach our performance obligations on the contract. 

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for someone to: •        Identify trends within our performance and lead small projects to tackle and resolve issues •        Work side by side with our operations manager to ensure our back office team are planning work as efficiently as possible for the operational teams to enable increased productivity •        Build a close relationship with the client to help drive forward their targets and improve customer performance  •        Be flexible due to adhoc requests which come in daily from different departments   •        Regularly monitor business performance; interpreting this data into visually engaging management reports •        Attend weekly performance meetings, supporting the Operations team with the communication and visualisation of performance data •        Develop and promote good data governance and analytical rigour; presenting conclusions to a range of stakeholders •        Produce and present statistical information clearly and concisely against a range of Key Performance Indicators •        Ensure the accurate submission of complete performance reports

Experience and Qualifications

 •        Knowledge of DNO activities, tree cutting an advantage•        Excellent communication skills, with the skill of conveying complex data visually and concisely to a range of stakeholders•        IT literate – Excel/Teams/Word/Outlook
