Hybrid Working – 3 Days onsite in Hemel Hempstead

We have an opportunity to join a fast-paced team, playing a crucial role in data intelligence and modernising the reporting software across Hightown, driving insights that shape strategic decision-making across the organisation.

The role will provide research and analytical advice across the organisation to meet internal and external requirements, as well as provide quality assurance of data and performance information to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.

Working closely with the Data Analytics Manager & the Head of Business Support, the Data Analyst will be responsible for processing, analysing, and interpreting data related to the company's performance and operation procedures. This role involves ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and usability of data to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

You will play a key role in developing visualisations and reports using SSRS and PowerBI. Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to understand project requirements and enhancing data literacy across the business.

To apply for this role you will need to have the following:

• Strong SQL skills with an ability to interrogate queries and translate to non-techinical stakeholders
  
• Experience of transitioning reports & dashboard from SSRS to PowerBI
  
• Ability to perform business analysis and translate requirements into technical solutions
  
• Excellent communication and customer care skills
  
• Ability to work independently
