The Role
As a Data Analyst you'll play a key role in maintaining the quality, consistency and accuracy of business data. You’ll help ensure that master data is reliable and aligned across systems, working closely with stakeholders to support day-to-day data operations and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and consistent master data across multiple business systems
  • Monitor data quality, validate accuracy and resolve inconsistencies
  • Assist in capturing, cleansing, and maintaining standing data
  • Develop and follow structured procedures for data collection and recording
  • Create and maintain data mapping records between systems
  • Use Microsoft Access and SQL to manipulate datasets, run queries and support reporting
  • Provide first-line user support for data-related queries and troubleshooting
  • Document data issues, system updates, and structural changes
  • Support the production of regular data reports and performance insights
  • Identify trends and contribute to continuous improvement of data processes
    What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a data-focused role (Data Analyst, Data Administrator, or similar)
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Access and SQL for data manipulation and reporting
  • Understanding of data quality principles and ability to identify/correct data issues
  • Experience working with large datasets and linking data across systems
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data concepts clearly
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or business applications is a plus
  • Basic understanding of data integration processes is beneficial
