An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join a global leader in the advertising and tech space. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role supporting a growing B2B advertising division that's focused on helping small and medium-sized businesses thrive through scalable, data-led marketing programs.
You'll play a pivotal role in building and executing cross-channel digital marketing campaigns across email, mobile, and in-platform messaging. Working at the intersection of marketing, product, analytics, and tech, you'll help craft targeted, automated journeys that inform, engage, and convert advertisers around the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver multi-step lifecycle marketing campaigns that drive product adoption and customer engagement
  • Use marketing automation tools and CRM platforms to personalize and scale communications
  • Partner closely with global stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Engineering
  • Own and optimize one of the key advertiser journeys (e.g., acquisition, onboarding, retention)
  • Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Collaborate with tech teams on tool enhancements and feature rollouts
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh thinking to campaign strategy

    Your background
  • 4+ years in digital marketing, with strong experience in CRM or lifecycle campaigns
  • Hands-on knowledge of tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar
  • Data-savvy, with intermediate to advanced Excel and basic SQL experience
  • Strong communicator who thrives in cross-functional, fast-paced teams
  • Confident working both strategically and tactically, with an eye for detail and optimisation
