Job Title: Drama Teacher
Location: Sleaford
Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 per annum (Depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are searching for an enthusiastic and driven Drama Teacher to join a dynamic and inclusive school in Sleaford! Step into a role where you can spark curiosity, nurture potential, and support students in reaching their full potential.

As a Drama Teacher, you will support students in learning how to express themselves through acting and role play. Your lessons will be fun, active, and full of energy.

 Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver creative Drama lessons to secondary students.
Encourage students to take part in performances and group activities.
Support students in building speaking, listening, and teamwork skills.
Track student progress and give clear, helpful feedback.
Work with other teachers to share ideas and improve learning.
Make sure your classroom is a safe, welcoming, and respectful place.
What You’ll Need:

A recognised teaching qualification with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
Some experience teaching Drama in a school is helpful.
Good understanding of the Drama curriculum at secondary level.
Clear communication skills and a calm, confident teaching style.
A love for Drama and helping young people grow through creative learning.
An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through GSL Education.
