Are you a flexible and dedicated Early Years educator seeking a rewarding role in the field of primary education? We are currently looking for a passionate EYFS Supply Teacher to join our team here at ABC to work within one of our partneered schools in Smethwick from September.

Position: EYFS Supply Teacher

Location: Smethwick, West Midlands

 Contract: Long-term potential to turn permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality and engaging lessons that promote active learning and cater to the unique needs of each child.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction.
Collaborate with support staff and colleagues to maintain a safe and effective learning environment.
Implement the school's EYFS curriculum, monitoring and assessing student progress to provide constructive feedback.
Adapt to different classrooms and year groups as required for supply teaching assignments.

Requirements:

Relevant teaching qualifications and experience, including Early Years Education (EYTS) or equivalent.
Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
Ability to adapt quickly to different teaching environments and establish rapport with students.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with fellow educators and support staff.
Understanding of the EYFS curriculum and best practices in early childhood education.
Pay  

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are QTS status and experience we are able to obtain references for in a Primary School Setting.
