Key Duties:

• Deliver dynamic and engaging English lessons to students across Key Stage 3, 4, and potentially Key Stage 5 🎯.
  
  
• Monitor, assess, and support student progress 📝, offering tailored guidance to ensure every learner thrives.

• Collaborate with colleagues in department meetings 🤝, contributing to curriculum development and school initiatives.

  Requirements:
  
  
• A degree in English or a related subject 🎓.
  
  
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent ✅.
  
  
• Teaching experience in a secondary school (preferred, but NQTs are welcome!) 🌟.
