Full Stack Developer sought to join the IT department of an award-winning, national recruitment agency group as they continue to expand their digital presence across multiple brands.
 
This is a permanent, full-time role based fully onsite at the company’s Meriden office.
 
The Role:
As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll play an important role in developing and implementing in-house application solutions, working closely with both business and technical teams to build, maintain, and enhance our systems. Your key duties will include:

Front-End: Use technologies like Vue.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create engaging user interfaces
Back-End: Using C#, .NET 4.7, NET 6, MS SQL Server, MongoDB, Elasticsearch and cloud platforms like Azure for efficient processing and storage.
Develop and maintain robust web applications that ensure high performance and scalability
Work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy innovative solutions
Keep up to date with latest industry trends / best practices, adopting new technologies as required
Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvementThe successful Full Stack Developer should demonstrate:

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar relevant discipline
At least 3 years’ experience in Full Stack Developer roles
Front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js
Back-end technologies: C#, .NET Core, MS SQL Server, MongoDB, Elasticsearch
Experience of using Azure or similar cloud platforms is highly desirable
Knowledge of building APIs
Strong problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentBenefits:

£35,000 - £45,000 salary depending on experience
32 days holiday rising with service to 37 max including bank holidays
