We are partnering with an Outstanding boys' school in Haringey that is seeking a fantastic temporary, full-time Geography Teacher to join their Humanities department, starting ASAP. This is a brilliant opportunity to ignite a passion for geographical inquiry and understanding of global issues across Key Stages 3 and 4, with exciting potential for Key Stage 5.

What you'll be doing:

  • You'll be planning and delivering engaging Geography lessons, covering physical and human geography, environmental issues, and global development, tailored for boys.

  • It's about fostering critical thinking, data analysis, and an appreciation for diverse landscapes and cultures.

  • You'll encourage fieldwork and hands-on learning experiences to bring geographical concepts to life.

    What we're looking for:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a specialism in Geography.

  • Experience teaching inspiring and effective Geography lessons at Key Stages 3 and 4 for boys is highly desirable.

  • A deep and current understanding of geographical concepts and global challenges.

  • Strong communication skills, effective classroom management, and a genuine ability to inspire curiosity about the world.
