Are you passionate about geography and eager to make a real difference in students’ lives? Supply Desk is seeking a creative and committed Geography Teacher to join a thriving secondary school community in Slough, Berkshire.

Position: Geography Teacher
Location: Slough, Berkshire
Contract: Temp to Perm
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: £33,075 – £50,471 (dependent on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Engaging Teaching: Plan and deliver imaginative, curriculum-aligned geography lessons that spark curiosity and foster a love for learning.
Student Growth: Support students in their academic and personal development with tailored feedback and encouragement.
Assessment & Progress: Track student progress, set achievable goals, and adapt your teaching to help every learner succeed.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside a dynamic and supportive team to create cross-curricular opportunities and a well-rounded student experience.

What We’re Looking For:

A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent), though unqualified teachers with a strong subject background are encouraged to apply.
Deep knowledge of geographical content, with the ability to relate it to real-world scenarios.
Strong classroom management and inclusive teaching practices.
Confident communicator with a genuine ability to connect with students across all ability levels.
Experience in teaching Key Stages 3 to 5 is ideal—but early career teachers are welcome too.
Passion for extracurricular learning and inspiring curiosity beyond the classroom.
