Head of Marketing - Luxury Skincare Brand

£85,000 - £95,000 + bonus | Hybrid - Central London

Zachary Daniels are partnering with a fast-growing, founder-led skincare brand looking for an exceptional Head of Marketing to lead its next stage of growth. This is a rare opportunity to shape a premium brand from the inside out, driving strategy, creativity, and innovation at every level! Looking for someone with a real strong creative edge and vision!

As Head of Marketing, you'll own the UK strategy-steering brand, digital, product launches, and in-store campaigns. You'll work closely with the founder, leading a small but mighty team to deliver standout marketing that connects with luxury consumers. The team are well-established with some extremely talented new members who are joined in the last 12 months. It's a settled team looking for a new leader!

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead UK Marketing Strategy - Deliver brand growth through data-driven insight, market trends, and consumer behaviour.
Build the Brand - Create and execute campaigns that elevate awareness and position the brand as a category leader.
Drive Product Innovation - Lead product launches from concept to shelf, guided by consumer needs and brand DNA.
Accelerate Digital - Oversee all digital channels, from SEO to social and content, in partnership with the E-commerce Lead.
Own Retail & Events - Lead in-store marketing, partnerships, and premium events that spark engagement and conversion.
Inspire & Lead - Manage and grow a dynamic team while fostering collaboration across the business.
Manage Budgets - Track performance, optimise ROI, and ensure efficient, impactful spend.Who You Are:

7-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3-5 in a senior role within luxury, beauty, or lifestyle sectors.
A creative and strategic thinker who thrives on building and scaling brands.
Strong digital expertise and a flair for brand storytelling.
Experienced in new product development; working with formulators is a plus.
Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and driven by results.
Degree essential; Master's or MBA is a plus.Why Join?
