Job Title: Humanities Teacher
Location: Sheffield, S9
Salary: £155 - £220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent

GSL Education are looking for a passionate Humanities Teacher to join a fantastic school in Sheffield. If you love bringing history, geography, and culture to life in the classroom, this is the perfect role for you!

As a Humanities Teacher, you will teach engaging lessons that spark curiosity and help students understand the world and its past. You will support students and helping them develop critical thinking skills and a love for learning.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Teach inspiring and interactive Humanities lessons, covering subjects like History and Geography.
Plan exciting lessons that make learning enjoyable and accessible for all students.
Support students in preparing for exams and assessments.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom where every student feels valued.
Work with other teachers to help develop the Humanities department.
What You Need:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
 Experience teaching Humanities at the secondary level.
Strong classroom management skills and a passion for education.
The ability to inspire curiosity and make learning fun.
An up-to-date CV and an enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
