Job Spec

• Overall IT experience of 10-15 years of experience with about 10 years in Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse technologies
  
  
• Strong experience as Business Analyst & have a strong technical background and works closely with IT teams to implement solutions.
  
  
• Uses data analysis and reporting tools to provide insights into business performance
  
  
• Excellent domain experience in Insurance
  
  
• Excellent written and oral communications
  
  
• Excellent in development & documenting solution requirements, including specifications, business cases, creating wireframes and report templates
  
  
• Experience in interviewing stakeholders, analyzes business needs, and documents requirements for new systems or improvements.
  
  
• Excellent experience in consulting assignments and eliciting business requirements
  
  
• Handon on Power BI & good knowledge on AWS ecosystem
  
  
• Exposure to specialty lines (e.g., financial institutions, cyber, political risk, M&A insurance) is highly preferred.
  
  
• Understanding of reinsurance value chain (facultative, treaty, binder, slip creation, bordereaux).
  
  
• Some experience on ETL area is preferred.

• Work with business users to understand the requirements
  
  
• Convert the business requirements to technical requirements.
  
  
• Conduct white boarding/consulting assignments with customers
  
  
• Conduct brainstorming sessions to drive consensus
  
  
• Elicit BI needs and wireframes
  
  
• Document business requirements
  
  
• Document UAT test cases and drive UAT part of the project, documenting test metrics
