Integration Specialist

14 Month Fixed term Contract

Hybrid - Wembley or Basingstoke - 1-2 days a week

£50,000 - £57,000 + Great benefits

Are you passionate about designing and delivering modern, cloud-native integration solutions? An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading UK-based organisation committed to digital transformation. We are seeking an experienced Integration Specialist to take ownership of integration services across a growing technology estate!

Working within a product-led environment and reporting to the Integration Product Manager, you will be responsible for designing, building, maintaining, and scaling integration services. This includes both legacy SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packages and new cloud-native solutions within a microservice and containerised architecture.

Key accountabilities include:

Developing near real-time integration services using cloud technologies.
Building and optimising SSIS ETL packages.
Selecting appropriate integration approaches (ETL/ELT) aligned to business outcomes.
Collaborating across product and analytics teams to integrate with platforms such as Azure Data Lake and Synapse.
Managing performance, availability, and security of integration solutions.
Leading integration troubleshooting and contributing to CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps.
Supporting digital transformation through innovation, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration.We are looking for a technically skilled and proactive professional with:

Strong experience in Microsoft SQL, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and related ETL/ELT tools.
Proven capability in managing Azure-based integration services and data solutions.
A solid understanding of microservices, data modelling, and DevOps principles.
Experience in handling large, complex datasets in a secure and scalable manner.
Familiarity with agile delivery, product lifecycle management, and stakeholder engagement.Desirable Extras

ITIL V4 or similar qualifications
Experience with toolsets such as M365, Cherwell, or frameworks like TOGAFWhy Join Us?
