IT Support Technician
We are recruiting for an IT Support Technician for our client based between Leominster and Hereford on a full time and permanent basis. The successful candidate will support with providing technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, and ensure seamless IT operations across the Group.
What you can expect:

  • Salary: circa £35000 - £40000 per annum, depending on experience
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday (37 hours per week) - 3 days office based in Hereford / 2 Hyrbid
  • 33 days holidays including bank holidays
  • Bonus scheme

    What you will be doing:
  • Provide second-line user support for UK and Ireland support office-based, remote, and mobile users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues
  • Deploy, manage, and maintain IT infrastructure, including Windows servers, Azure environments, Microsoft 365 applications, and Active Directory
  • Configure and support LAN networks, including switches, access points, and mobile devices
  • Monitor server infrastructure using specialised tools to ensure performance and security
  • Document IT processes and contribute to IT projects, improving system efficiency and reliability
  • Occasional travel to Ireland will be required
    What we are looking for:
  • BSc in computer science or relevant IT qualifications (preferred).
  • Experience in IT operations, with proficiency in Windows 10/11, Windows Server (Apply online only), Azure, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, SCCM, and MDM tools
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in international teams
  • Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and a proactive mindset to improve IT service delivery
  • Experience with network configuration, application deployment, and IT infrastructure monitoring is a plus
