IT Support Engineer – Worcester – Up to £350 per day
Chapman Tate Associates, on behalf of our esteemed client in the logistics sector, is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join their dynamic team in Worcester. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically adept professional to play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining a robust IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:

Providing IT support across the business, ensuring seamless operations.
Managing and maintaining Azure environments, optimizing cloud solutions.
Administering Active Directory, including user management and security protocols.
Handling and optimizing SQL databases to ensure efficient data processing.
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Requirements:
Strong experience with Azure, Active Directory, and SQL.
A proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Previous experience within a logistics environment (desirable but not essential).
