About the Role: Teach. Lead. Inspire.

As a class teacher, you’ll be the heart of your classroom—designing creative, inclusive lessons and nurturing a love of learning in your pupils.

As Maths Lead, you'll be the spark that lights up our maths curriculum. Whether it’s helping staff build confidence or developing innovative resources, you’ll help turn maths into a subject that every child can enjoy and succeed in.

What You'll Be Doing:

Inspiring your class: Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that support every child to shine—especially when it comes to maths.
Leading maths with confidence: Shape our whole-school maths approach, working with colleagues to ensure progression and excitement across all year groups.
Supporting your team: Share strategies, spark conversations, and provide guidance to boost maths teaching school-wide.
Celebrating progress: Use smart assessment tools to monitor achievement and celebrate growth at every level.
Adding your touch: Make maths hands-on, creative, and fun—bringing lessons to life with real-world connections.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a love for all things learning.
A passion for teaching and a genuine drive to help students thrive.
Solid knowledge of the national curriculum, especially in maths—and a flair for making it exciting and accessible.
Some experience leading (or ready to grow into a leadership role)—we’ll support you either way!
Great communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
