Growth Marketing & Lead Generation Executive
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
Location: Leeds (City Centre)

Are you a data-driven marketer who gets a buzz from building pipeline and sparking real demand?
Do you love combining sales and marketing to make measurable impact?
Ready to join a high-performance team of self-made go-getters with zero fluff and real ambition?
The Role
We’re on the hunt for a sharp, commercially minded Growth Marketing & Lead Generation Execuive to drive demand and build high-quality sales pipelines. You’ll own campaigns across email, CRM, content and LinkedIn, using data to make decisions and content to spark action. Think B2B growth, not brand fluff. You'll also build nurture journeys, experiment constantly and report what’s actually working.

The Opportunity
You’ll be joining a fast-growing executive search firm based in Leeds that works with some of the most elite clients in the financial world (think UHNW territory). The team is small but mighty – made up of ambitious, self-made individuals who care more about results than red tape.

There’s no corporate ladder here – just real ownership, creative freedom and support from a founder who wants marketing to drive the business, not sit on the sidelines. If it’s edgy, strategic and gets results, you’ll probably get a green light.

Our Ideal Candidate

You've got 3–5 years in B2B marketing or lead gen under your belt
You're confident with email, CRM and digital channels
You write clean, punchy copy and understand how to convert
You’re analytical and love diving into data
You thrive in fast-paced environments and don’t need hand-holding
You’ve worked with automation, nurture flows or CRMs like Salesforce
You're curious, proactive, and always looking for smarter ways to grow
Bonus points if you’ve played with AI tools or built sales funnels — but it’s your mindset and execution that really matter here.
Ready to Build Real Growth? If you’re the kind of person who takes ownership, loves experimenting and has a track record of getting results – this is your next move
