Job Title: Lead Generation and Sales Executives
Salary: £12.21 - £13.50 per hour
Location: Ware
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 35 hrs per week

We're looking for a motivated, enthusiastic Lead Generation Specialists to join our clients growing sales team. If you're looking for an exciting opportunity to build a career in sales/ outbound calling, this role is the perfect place to start. You'll play a vital role in generating new business and supporting the success of some well-known brands.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact between the clients and their future customers. Your job is to engage prospects through outbound calls, spark interest in the services, and book qualified video appointments for the sales team to close.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
·Making proactive outbound B2B calls to generate interest and set appointments
·Speaking confidently and professionally to introduce products and services
·Using our in-house CRM to manage call activity and customer information
·Working across multiple client projects (all event-related and similar in nature)
·Hitting weekly lead and appointment targets with enthusiasm and resilience
 
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
·Experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or outbound B2B calls, OR a background in outbound customer service with the ambition to move into sales
·Confident communicator with the ability to engage decision-makers and build rapport quickly
·Results-driven and comfortable working to targets
·Organised and reliable when updating CRM data and tracking performance
·Self-motivated and able to work independently, while being part of a supportive team
