ERP Functional Analyst required by our client, a company leading the way in their field since 1993. This is an exciting ERP Functional Analyst opportunity for those who wish to work for a stable, well-established company that builds transformational technologies within the revolutionary domain of IoT.



Candidates must be willing to travel to Italy (Milan) regularly spending up to 2 weeks at a time in that location

Travel will also include Spain and potentially France at a later stage

Hybrid working out of the UK office

Key Roles & Responsibilities

· IT related support to business users across Oracle ERP, Salesforce CRM, and custom integration platforms in finance, supply chain and CRM business areas

· Be the first-line support to troubleshoot and resolve business application system issues.

· Support month-end and period-end closing activities (technical/business).

· Drive continuous improvement in business and system processes.

· Maintain and enforce system/internal controls for audit compliance.

· Collaborate with global IT teams across time zones.

· Coordinate with offshore team for timely resolution of business application issues

· Coordinate business testing and approval of system fixes prior to production deployment.

· Support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP rollouts in new regions.

· Create and maintain functional/technical documentation.

· Write SQL queries to extract data and create basic reports.

· Manage local IT vendors.

· Own system changes/enhancements (requirement gathering, vendor coordination, documentation, etc.).

Qualifications

Must Have

· Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field); Master’s preferred.

· 5+ years in IT applications with at least 2 years’ experience in Oracle ERP implementation/support.

· Functional and technical expertise in financial modules.

· Experience with global ERP (preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud).

· Strong communication skills.

· Proficiency in SQL.

· Ability to perform under pressure.

· Self-driven with a mindset for continuous improvement.

Strong Pluses

· Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Applications experience.

· Salesforce knowledge.

· Familiarity with GDPR compliance.
