    Duties

    As a People Partner, you will provide expert HR support across a range of people initiatives while building trusted relationships with stakeholders throughout the organisation.

    Working in partnership with managers and senior leaders, you’ll provide professional advice and guidance on HR best practice and employment legislation, ensuring that people-focused solutions are effectively implemented.

    You’ll also lead on the delivery of HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle, from talent management and resourcing to employee relations and engagement.

    Using your insight and understanding of workforce data, you’ll influence decision-making and help shape organisational performance.

    Additionally, you will:

  • Train, coach and guide stakeholders on HR policies and procedures
  • Support managers with complex performance, attendance, and ER cases
  • Analyse people data and trends to improve people practices
  • Oversee recruitment processes
  • Review and update HR policies and documentation
  • Provide HR input into wider organisational projects

    The ideal candidate will bring the following

    Essential

  • Experience advising on best practice HR and people strategy
  • At least two years' experience working in partnership with leadership teams
  • Project management and implementation experience
  • Experience using HR software and tools
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and experience applying it
  • The ability to analyse a range of data, including statistical information
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and self-motivation

    Desirable

  • CIPD qualified or working towards

    Please note, you will require the right to work in the UK. The successful candidate will also need to hold SC level security clearance.
