Halcyon are proud to be working closely with a nationally recognised, award-winning care provider, who specialise in supporting adults and children with varying needs. They're searching for a driven, passionate Registered Manager, to join their flourishing team based in Herefordshire to lead their 7-bed adults learning disabilities home. This specialist organisation offers outstanding care through their residential homes, helping both children and adults with varying special needs and mental health conditions. Their ability to offer truly bespoke and tailored care packages, make them one of the most exciting and forward thinking companies of 2025.

This new opportunity comes at an exciting time for this organisation, as they are looking to bring on a talented individual, that can be a true asset to this successful home. They're looking for someone who can bring their own spark and individuality to their modern care practises and help empower and lead the established staff team.

Your role will be to provide direction and leadership to the service and staff, including all aspects of the care being delivered by your team. You will have oversight of the day to day operations of the home and be responsible for ensuring outstanding levels of care at all times.

As this role involves working closely with adults with varying needs, including mild learning disabilities and mental health needs, it is essential that you have experience of working in this sector previously. Experience of managing a home previously is a must, as you will be expected to call on your skills and knowledge of past roles and be expected to adapt these to your new home and surroundings and provide support to your team.

In return for your full commitment to this role, you will be offered a competitive salary of between £43,000 - £52,000 including 21% bonus, plus benefits.
