Passionate about Science? So are they. And they’re ready to welcome someone just like you.

We’re working with a vibrant secondary school in Telford that’s all about high standards, big ambitions, and delivering lessons that stick. From day one, you’ll be part of a school where students love learning, behaviour is strong, and teachers are supported to teach brilliantly, not buried in admin.

This is more than just a job. It’s a chance to spark curiosity, build confidence, and be part of a school community that genuinely CARES (yes, that’s an acronym, they live and breathe it).

What’s on offer:

A permanent Science teaching role starting September 2025

Pupils who love Science and thrive on challenge

A collaborative team with shared planning and no pointless paperwork

Forward-thinking leadership that values you as much as your results

Career development across a growing multi-academy trust

Who they’re looking for:

You’re a confident Science teacher (or an ECT ready to shine) who believes knowledge is power, and you deliver it in a way that sticks. You’ve got a real knack for making even the trickiest concepts land, and you’re ready to run with high expectations, not run away from them.

Bonus points if you’ve got ideas for clubs, STEM outreach, or fun experiments that make bunsen burners and biology more unforgettable than ever.

You’ll need:

UK QTS or equivalent

A strong subject knowledge and passion for Science

A commitment to consistent, high-quality teaching

A willingness to grow (and maybe even lead, down the line)
