This is more than a job. This is your invitation to lead, innovate, and ignite change in a fast-moving, purpose-driven organisation. If you’re ready to step up, own your results, and build a product strategy that leaves a legacy—you might just be the one.

Senior Product Manager Duties (Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It…)

  • Champion the customer. Drive product strategy that aligns with their needs, anticipates market trends, and supports a bold business vision.

  • Be the insight engine. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver pricing strategies rooted in real-time market intelligence.

  • Lead with influence. Own supplier relationships and performance metrics, negotiate win-win outcomes, and run supplier conferences that spark alignment and energy.

  • Craft the future. Build and execute a packaging strategy that brings our brand to life—visually, emotionally, and commercially.

  • Grow what matters. Smash performance targets, deliver volume growth, and turn data into decisive action.

  • Create what's next. Spearhead EPD and NPD projects that turn insight into innovation—always with the customer at the heart.

  • Strengthen the core. Build a resilient, agile supply chain that scales with us—onboarding diverse suppliers and de-risking operations.

  • Drive efficiency. Find better, faster, smarter ways to operate across logistics, procurement, and delivery.

  • Own the roadmap. Lead NPD with precision and passion—bringing new categories to market with clarity and excitement.

  • Be the connector. Link product, NPD, and procurement teams so the right product is sourced from the right place, at the right time.

  • Collaborate to win. Partner with marketing to ensure they have powerful, on-brand product stories that resonate.

  • Lead with purpose. Inspire, coach, and mentor your team—raising the bar for performance, mindset, and excellence.

  • Use data like a superpower. Transform insights into action that unlocks performance, progress, and optimisation.

Ideal Experience (What It Takes to Thrive in This Role):

  • Strategic thinker with a sharp commercial edge—you see the big picture and know how to win.

  • Proven success driving ROI, managing budgets, and delivering growth that matters.

  • Leadership experience in product or procurement—you know how to rally teams, build buy-in, and move fast.

  • A proactive problem-solver—solutions are your default setting.

  • A natural relationship builder—earning trust from stakeholders inside and out.

  • A motivator and mentor—raising up others while raising standards.

Why This Role Will Fire You Up:

Because here, you’re not just managing a product—you’re creating a legacy. You’ll be surrounded by a driven team, supported by a culture of growth, and fuelled by a mission that matters.

We’re not here to maintain the status quo.
We’re here to reshape markets, elevate expectations, and move people
