We are searching for an experienced Full Stack Software Developer / Software Developer for our client an exciting and growing technology focused business that produces market leading SaaS based products for a range of clients operating within the Aerospace sector.

The role is offered on a hybrid basis working 3 days in office and 2 days from home once you've completed your probation period or are up-to-speed with their development processes and procedures.

Working as a Full Stack Software Developer, you will be a core member of the software development team and you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust solutions helping to improve their products.

Our client values creative contribution of all team members, and they are looking for someone who is willing and able be heavily involved in the software/product design and development process.

In this role you will be responsible for: -

Designing and developing user-friendly, responsive and interactive front-end interfaces.
Implementing secure, scalable and efficient back-end systems and APIs.
Writing clean, modular and maintainable code whilst adhering to coding standards, best practices and design patterns.
Troubleshooting and debugging complex technical issues across the full stack providing timely resolutions and solutions.
Liaising with the Product and Testing teams throughout the development process.
Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends and best practices in software development enabling you to propose innovative solutions to help enhance products and processes. To be considered for this role you require a mixture of the following experience: -

Experience working as a Full Stack Software Developer/Software Engineer with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and front-end frameworks/libraries such as Angular, React or Vue.js. Experience of Angular and/or AngularJS is a distinct bonus!
Strong experience working with back-end development using server-side programming languages including, .NET framework, .NET Core and C#.
Solid understanding of database technologies such as SQL Server, SQL and/or Redis, with experience of database design and optimisation.
Experience with version control systems such as GIT and DevOps practices, including, CI/CD, Testing, Automated Testing and Pipelines.
Experience with cloud computing platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with experience of collaboration, someone with a creative mindset and an eagerness to take part in the design process. You will be a clear communicator able to engage with various members of the development team.

Ideally you will be adaptable and reliable, able to manage your own workload and you will be proactive in requesting and giving assistance.

The role is offered as a Hybrid role, and you will be expected to work in the office a minimum of 3-days per week. The office is based in East Devon, so you need to live within a commutable distance of Exeter and East Devon to be considered for the position, or you will be prepared to relocate to the area to allow you to work in the office as required.

The role is NOT a fully remote position.
