The Role

As a Software QA & Support Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic development team, ensuring high-quality software and web products. You will play a key role in testing, triaging issues, and communicating updates to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning the test strategy for each project

  • Planning sprints and tracking progress

  • Communicating updates to key stakeholders

  • Testing software and web systems across multiple platforms, considering UI, UX, and functionality

  • Approving releases and creating release notes

  • Ensuring testing processes are followed consistently

  • Writing and following test scripts

  • Investigating bug and feature requests from internal teams and raising tickets where needed

  • Updating feature specifications where required

    What We Are Looking For

  • Strong analytical skills – a fast learner and problem solver

  • Understanding of test execution methods and tools

  • Highly organised, with some project management skills

  • Passion for software testing and quality assurance

  • Basic SQL knowledge to assist with automated testing and investigations

  • Excellent English skills and ability to communicate technical information

  • Strong customer service skills and enthusiasm for learning

  • Due to the rural location, a full driving licence is required
