Role
The purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality technical support and systems expertise for both internal and external customers. You will work across a wide spectrum of systems / IT and physical security technologies — from day-to-day support, preventative maintenance, to server / infrastructure projects.
Your Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive, hands-on support to users, systems and customers
  • Design, implement, and maintain both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure solutions
  • Support IT compliance and certification processes (e.g. ISO27001, CE+)
  • Maintain documentation for systems, assets, and credentials
  • Play a key role in transitioning legacy infrastructure to cloud-native platforms
  • Ensure that all prebuilt / preconfigured solutions are configured and setup in line with IT best practices.
    Your Competencies
    Essential:
  • Proven experience in IT support / Infrastructure roles
  • Hands on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Intune
  • Experience with virtualisation (Hyper-V)
  • Networking knowledge (IP, firewalls, basic architecture)
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS
  • Clear communication skills and strong documentation ability
    Desirable:
  • Familiarity with SQL / Database awareness
  • Experience integrating platforms and systems
  • Active certifications in relevant IT/ Networking areas
  • Knowledge of ISO27001, CE+, or similar frameworks
