About the role:

Reality Solutions is looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about data-driven decision-making and has hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI and SQL databases.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
Extract, clean, and analyse data from SQL databases to support business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver data insights
Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendationsEssential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience using Microsoft Power BI for data visualisation and reporting
Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
Excellent stakeholder management to liaise with clients
Ability to communicate insights effectively to technical and non-technical audiencesBenefits:
