Class Teacher - the role:

  • Deliver innovative, engaging lessons that inspire young learners to achieve their best
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and families
  • Use creative approaches to the curriculum to spark curiosity and foster a lifelong love of learning
  • Track and celebrate pupil progress, setting ambitious yet achievable goals
  • Play a full and active part in school life, including clubs, enrichment activities, and community events

    Class Teacher - requirements:

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • A passion for bringing learning to life inside and outside the classroom
  • Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective assessment practices
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
  • A reflective, enthusiastic attitude and a desire to continually develop professionally
