This is an opportunity for a Data Operations Manager to join a research and analytics business focused on improving data delivery, automation, and operational processes. You'll work across a range of data projects, helping to drive efficiency and support the continued development of the data function.

You will join a collaborative team where data and technology play a key role in project delivery.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing data operations and supporting the delivery of quantitative research programmes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing survey scripting, data processing, reporting operations, and workflow delivery
  • Improving automation processes, tools, and data pipelines
  • Identifying delivery risks and supporting quality assurance processes
  • Coordinating priorities across multiple projects
  • Working with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
  • Supporting the development of operational processes and best practices
  • Using technology to improve efficiency and reduce manual workloads

Your Skills & Experience

  • Commercial experience within data operations, research operations, or data processing
  • Hands-on experience using SPSS for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with Python and SQL for data manipulation, automation, and workflow improvement
  • Strong data cleaning, transformation, and quality assurance skills
  • Experience with survey scripting platforms such as Qualtrics, Forsta, Decipher, or similar
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with APIs or workflow automation tools would be beneficial
