  • Ability to operate across both build and run environments
  • Confident stakeholder engagement at senior and exec level
  • Strong understanding of data platforms, pipelines and operational support models
  • Experience working in complex, regulated environments
  • Solid technical grounding (e.g. SQL, cloud platforms ideally GCP)
  • Excellent judgement. Able to prioritise, triage and make decisions at pace

Why Join?

  • A genuinely autonomous leadership role with high visibility
  • Opportunity to work on a modernising data platform (GCP)
  • Exposure to complex, business-critical data products
  • Strong, collaborative stakeholder environment
  • Clear opportunity to shape how Data Operations is delivered

Package

  • Bonus scheme
  • Pension up to 12% (6% matched)
  • Private health insurance
  • Life assurance (4x salary)
  • Plus a wide range of additional benefits

Process:

Two-stage interview (initial + technical), with a final conversation if required.

If you’re looking for a role where you can genuinely influence how data platforms operate at scale — while working closely with senior stakeholders — this is worth a conversation.
