To provide a professional front desk service while supporting the warehouse with the organisation, filing and maintenance of operational documents. The role is responsible for ensuring paperwork is accurate, up to date and easily accessible, while acting as the first point of contact for visitors, drivers and telephone enquiries.

• Manage the warehouse reception and greet visitors, drivers and contractors professionally.
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and emails.
• Maintain visitor sign-in procedures and notify relevant staff of arrivals.
• File, organise and maintain both physical and electronic documents.
• Scan, upload and archive warehouse paperwork accurately.
• Ensure delivery notes, proof of deliveries (PODs) and other operational documents are filed correctly.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is easily retrievable.
• Assist with general administrative tasks and data entry as required.
• Keep the reception and front desk area clean, organised and presentable.

• Previous experience in a reception or administrative role.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information and work independently.
