Power Apps / Platform Developer - Low-Code Automation & AI Agents
Location: Middlesbrough (Hybrid: 3 days/week onsite after onboarding)
Salary: £30,000-£45,000 + early Friday finish, training & development

Join a collaborative team helping a national organisation digitise workflows, automate processes and roll out AI-powered CoPilot agents that actually make a difference. You'll work closely with business and tech teams to deliver clean, scalable low-code solutions in a role that grows with you.

What you'll be doing

Designing and building Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) to solve real business problems
Automating workflows with Power Automate and integrating with Microsoft 365 and third-party tools
Developing CoPilot agents using Microsoft CoPilot Studio to support users and streamline internal processes
Working with APIs, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, SQL and Dataverse to create seamless, end-to-end solutions
Gathering requirements, prototyping quickly, and iterating with feedback
Maintaining and enhancing existing apps, ensuring they remain scalable, secure and user-friendly
Supporting governance and compliance across the Power Platform estateWhat you'll bring

Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
Knowledge of Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps and data modelling best practices
Experience deploying AI CoPilot agents or building chatbots using CoPilot Studio
Familiarity with Power Fx, REST APIs, custom connectors and Microsoft 365
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to solution-building
A willingness to learn skills/technologies you haven't worked on yet and a personality that enjoys learningBonus if you have

Microsoft certifications like PL-100 or PL-400
Experience with chatbots, virtual agents or business process automation
Background in Azure tools like Logic Apps, Functions or API Management
Understanding of AI/ML use in business appsWhy this role?
