We're working with a leading global organisation that is investing heavily in cloud, data and AI transformation. As part of this growth, they're looking for a Senior Data Architect to design and deliver enterprise-scale data platforms that power advanced analytics, machine learning and AI solutions. This is an opportunity to work on large-scale transformation programmes, influencing data strategy and architecture while working with some of the latest cloud technologies.

The Role:

As a Senior Data Architect, you'll be responsible for designing scalable, secure and high-performing data platforms across cloud environments. You'll work closely with technical teams, stakeholders and business leaders to define architecture, establish best practices and deliver modern data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect enterprise-scale cloud data platforms.

Define data architecture strategies, standards and governance.

Deliver modern data solutions using Databricks, Snowflake, AWS and GCP.

Enable advanced analytics, AI and machine learning capabilities.

Work closely with engineering, data and business teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure solutions are secure, scalable and aligned with business objectives.

Skills & Experience:

Enterprise Data Architecture.

Databricks.

Snowflake.

AWS and/or GCP.

Designing modern cloud data platforms.

Data Lakes, Data Warehouses and Lakehouse architectures.

Data governance, security and architecture best practices.

AI, Machine Learning or Data Science platforms (highly desirable).

Banking, Financial Services or other highly regulated industries (preferred)
